BuckWired HV Contactor Box (BuckBox)

This is our plug n’ play contactor box. It comes complete with:

  • Internal Traction Fuse (700A for 180V / 600A for 480V)

  • Nickel-plated copper bus bars.

  • Internal CANBUS Current Sensor for 500A or 1,000A, or N/A for external hall effect sensor setups with the current sensor on the 2/0 cable outside of the HV PDU.

  • HV (+) and HV (-) Main Contactors.

  • (2) Charger Inputs (25A ea. input)

  • (1) DC/DC Output (15A)

  • (2) HV accessory outputs (15A ea. output. Each can be used for PTC Heater Element or AC Compressor for Cabin HVAC)

  • Hi or Lo Coil Control for HV Contactors, Pre-Charge Relay and HV Accessory Mini Contactors.

  • Perfectly paired with the BuckWired HV Control F/R Panel
